In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes an act of rebellion.
– George Orwell

The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue it. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will take down the scenery, pull back the curtains, move the tables and chairs out of the way, and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theatre.
– Frank Zappa

i’ve just about had enough.  how ’bout you?

people screaming back and forth about obama/biden vs. mccain/palin.  a circus for the masses to keep you distracted.  meanwhile, back at the ranch, lol, you can’t quite comprehend the enormity of this whole funny money financial fubar.  turn off your tv.  the universe is calling.

can we talk?

starting october 1, there will 4,500 troops on call here in the “homeland”. three groups will be assigned: one on the east coast, one on the west coast, and one in the middle of the country. fresh from iraq, these taser-packing commandos “may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.” hmmm.  read more here and http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/node/36358 .

the revolution is now

i didn’t watch the debate last night…i don’t watch tv…try to keep my mind free of the programming/brainwashing. it seems the word on the net is “obama won”. i’m not into politics and don’t get caught up in the frenzy of “party loyalty”. both political parties are two sides of the same coin. it doesn’t matter which puppet “wins” the (s)election. it’s a silly popularity contest, a circus for the masses to give them the illusion that they have some say in who “rules” them. hahaha! it doesn’t matter what face they (s)elect, the game will go on as planned. and the one who can con the most people into following along with the program is set for life. unless, of course, he gets out of line and tries to step around the handlers (kennedy, for example).

i know that a whole lot of folks lately are waking up to the truth. especially now that the lies are becoming even more blatant and incomprehensible. people say they want change. well i say this: forget about putting all your hopes on one idiot spouting empty promises. look within yourself. see the society we live in and see how you help to perpetuate it. stop being a mindless, tv-watching, consumer slave. stop feeding the beast. if even half of us stopped participating, the whole thing would shrivel and die.

and i know the first thing some folks will say is, “we need the government.” “people would go crazy and kill each other without the system.” to that i say, people go crazy and kill each other now. and how can you be so spiritually weak to think that you need some other entity to tell you how to live your life!

can you, just for a minute, imagine a world where everyone has a place to call home, food to eat, clean water to drink, peace… a place where money wasn’t the driving force behind every thought and decision. where wars of conquest weren’t the accepted norm. a place where you could really wake up every day free…free to just be. i know, for some it’s hard to imagine. they say, “where will i get my food.” “i can’t live without starbucks/mcdonald’s/safeway.” yeah, you’d have to find a way to be self-sufficient, or maybe get to know your neighbors and trade with them. western society has brainwashed you into dependency on the monied ones for your every need. sad…it doesn’t have to be this way.

i’m sharing these videos with whoever comes across this page. we are all connected, and maybe you found your way to this page because there’s something you need here. please watch all three clips…think about them. talk about them. and find a way to free yourself. you/i/we really do have the power. so much more power than you’ve been conditioned to believe.

a mother moment

it was a gorgeous day today! the weather was perfect. i left work early to take my daughter to the dmv to register her car. she’s 17 and i found her a little toyota corolla this weekend.

we’ve been looking for months, and she is sooooo picky. “that’s too boxy.” “i don’t like that color.” “that looks hideous!” i was at the point of just plain tired of looking. so, i found a car and went to check it out while she was at work saturday. it was a good deal and i drove it home. when she came home from work, i handed her the key and said, “this is your car. drive it.” ha! the first thing she said was, “it smells.” i said, “it’s old…air it out, clean it up, and learn to love it.”

so we went and got plates today. i was excited. it was one of those mother moments. and she’s already planning to give it the “dora makeover”, lol. amen.

about my last post, here’s a quote you’ve probably seen before, but read it again in light of our current situation.

“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”
Thomas Jefferson

be well,

funny money

$1.14 quadrillion. it boggles the mind. that’s the latest number floating around for the derivative fiasco that is currently blowing up…it’s been a slow blow for the past year or so, teetering on the edge of the abyss. at this point, i don’t think anything can be done about it. the whole financial system is corrupted beyond belief. fiat money, lies, greed…those banks are criminal organizations, wall street is a big CONfidence game, and the government is illegitimate. truth be told, we are on the verge of a complete financial implosion and most people are walking around without a clue. chattering about obama, palin, football, or some other useless distraction. wake up, people. the world is watching.

i know a lot of folks are trying to understand this whole “bailout” scenario, but, trying to wrap your mind around something so huge and so fraudulent can be overwhelming. quadrillions…beyond millions, billions, and trillions…on an international scale. and this is not about bad mortgage loans. this is about the packaging and reselling of those questionable loans as “mortgage backed securities.” these were resold, and resold, again even though they were worthless. fraud! and despite the feigned surprise, wall street and the white house were very much aware and complicit.

if you or i did what these shysters have done, we’d be locked up. it’s like, say you’re selling your car. the first day, someone comes and pays you the money, and you tell them to pick up the car next week. over the next five days, you sell your car to 20 other people, telling them the same thing. some of them even borrow money to give you, using the car as collateral. at the same time, you get another group of people to bet that the value of the car will go up next week. these people put a pool of money together to bet. on top of that, you’ve told everyone the car is in excellent condition, even though you know the engine is bad. well, next week comes and all the buyers show up to pick up their car. and the investors show up to collect on their bets. everyone realizes they’ve been scammed and they want their money back…now!

that’s pretty much where we are in this financial mess. instead of the car, it’s mortgage backed securities, credit instruments (car loans, credit card accounts), and other phony paper. the ones scammed are foreign banks and governments, 401K plan managers, city and state governments, and private investors. paulson is desperately pushing to get this bailout passed so that those lying, thieving banksters can try to at least cover the interest on the tons of money owed. multiple banks are tied up together in the same scam, so if one goes down, they all go down. this bailout is to give the illusion of reassurance that this mess will be cleaned up. but it’s too huge to clean up! and who’s gonna clean it up? greedy banksters? the corrupt government? on paper, these derivatives amount to more money than even exists in the world! it’s fraud on a massive scale. EPIC.FAIL.

a lot of people say, “how does this affect me?” well for one, it has caused banks everywhere to freeze up credit. the liars and thieves don’t want to loan to each other. this affects companies that rely on short-term credit to cover payroll, insurance, distribution, etc — this affects you. it also affects the value of the dollars you have. you see it every day at the grocery store/gas station — it is taking more and more dollars to buy everything. every time the federal reserve (not federal at all, it’s a private corporation) loans money to the gov, the value of each dollar in existence goes down.

if they approve this bail out, the government will be borrowing more money to help keep the whole shitty system from collapsing. but it’s not enough. it will never be enough. this is insane. it would just add to the trillions of debt already owed that can never be paid back. your taxes pay the interest on that debt. your taxes are going to go up. you should be preparing yourself for what’s up ahead. but no one knows exactly what’s ahead. whatever it is, it’s not going to go away.

and the saddest part is, this was all planned/expected. congress was called into a secret session earlier this year and were told to expect a september 2008 failure of us financial system and a january 2009 failure of the bankrupt us government. pay attention, folks. this is going to get very interesting.

what can we do? stock up, learn to get by with less, educate yourself…and pay attention!

peace and good things,
d

myspace vs. my space and other stuff

soooo, i decided to do the blog thing again…it’s been a few years. i know folks have been reading my journal page, so i figured i would try a more interactive way of communicating…mind to mind. cause skin to skin ain’t really happenin’ for me right now, lol.

dee stone said “buh bye” to myspace this week. wasn’t getting anything out of it. didn’t have the time or motivation to go searching/seeking “friends”…and feeling guilty about said lack of motivation??!!?? i mean, what for? the whole thing felt so superficial. people sending “friend requests” and then saying nothing. “helloooooo!” you like the music? you like my smile? you wanna fuck me? what???!!!

anyway, from now on, i am only giving my energy to things that will educate, uplift, and inspire. and if i can piss off a few folks in the process — go, dee! hahaha!

seriously, i want to share. not in the “check out my new track/video/pics” kind of way. but really connect. so please, leave your fears and inhibitions at the door and feel free to speak to any and all of my rants. they come from my heart…and my heart is a wild thing. welcome to my blog!

blessings and bliss,
d
